The most common use of thermal labels is in supermarket´s and retail store´s weighing systems. Typically used in two qualities Thermo Eco, where the surface is matt and Thermo top, where the surface is glossy. Many customers use these labels with pre-printed graphics, colored logo and text and they only print variable data barcode, weight or date of manufacture.

Lifespan of thermal labels is shorter because of ultraviolet radiation destroying thermo-sensitive layer and therefore are used for short term markings.
